Problem
You are going to create a web page about your favorite animal, real or imaginary. This simple page will give some details about your animal and also include a number of pictures and links related to the animal.
Instructions
- An image should be placed at the top of the page underneath the page title.
- The background should be removed for one of the images on the page. The background should not have been a solid color.
- A div (or multiple divs) should be below the top image with an image on the left and right and text in the middle. This division should not have a border.
- The center text should be at least 4 sentences long, and should not be copied from the internet.
- A list should be below the division with at least 3 important facts about your animal.
- Use styles to change the look of your list.
- A div at the bottom of the page should contain a text link on the left to the Brookfield Zoo and an image link on the right to a zoo of your choice. This division should have a border.
- Use a seamless texture as your background. Make sure the text in front of it is legible.
- Create a page called color.html (all lowercase). In this file, explain your color choices and make sure you specify what color scheme you are using. You do not have to link to this file or design it at all.
- Your site should use an external style sheet, and all styles should be in it unless there is a valid reason to use embedded or inline styles.
- Make sure you change the document title and add a page title to your page.
- Make sure your page is called index.html.
- Make sure none of your links are broken.
- Turn in your project online. Check this lesson for the information to do this. The host directory should be animal.
