Problem
You are going to design custom letters for the employees of the Dunder Mifflin Corporation. These letters will be used in case an employee needs to be fired. Creating a form letter will make it easier for the managers to fire them. You will create this form letter by using Excel and the mail merge features in Microsoft Word.

Instructions
- Download the above spreadsheet.
- Go into Word and create a letter that you will format using the mail merge features.
- Create a heading for this letter that will contain the title, first name, last name, position, and branch for each employee. Make sure you use merge fields where appropriate. It should look something like the following after it has been merged:
Mr. Dwight Schrute
Assistant to the Regional Manager
Dunder Mifflin Scranton Branch - Create a logo for the Dunder Mifflin company using Paint (or Fireworks or Photoshop if you know those programs). Put this logo in the top-right corner of the page.
- Write a sample letter to the employee telling them they are fired. Be as creative as you want but make sure the letter is at least 5 sentences long. Use at least one mail merge field in the text you create. Incredibly creative/funny letters may receive extra credit.
- Generate the mail merge and make sure it looks okay.
