Make sure you have completed part 4 before you start this project. You will be creating an image-editing program and learning how images are represented in a computer.
Complete the exercises in this packet for the project along with the questions in the packet. You should turn in the packet as well as the completed project when you are done. Make sure you write and call a test method for every exercise. You do not have to complete the "Challenge" exercise.
